• Assistance and advice in the care and management of newborns, infants and toddlers (e.g. infant feeding, sleep and settling, general newborn, baby and toddler care, behaviour management with toddlers)
• Parentcraft and parenting education
• Parental support, advice and assistance with transition to parenthood or with the parent-child relationship, or any other aspects of the care of their newborn, infant or small child
• Short term assessment and care of the mothers of infants or toddlers seen at or admitted to CHW
• Short term assessment of families of infants and toddlers seen at, or admitted to CHW
