• Includes stomal therapy, tracheostomy care, wound management.
• Coordinates and manage patient care within specialty. This includes discharge planning and liaison with community and outreach services.
• Provides clinical support and education to staff, community nurses and other paediatric units where patients are referred or transferred.
• Provides educational support to families requiring ongoing treatment and management.
• Runs Stomal Therapy Clinic.
• Manages patient with ulcerated haemangiomas in conjunction with dermatologists.
