Method of referring

Referral detailing the reason for the referral written to the specialist by name to be faxed to the Orthopaedic Department on (02) 9845 2702. These will be assessed in order of urgency and priority and an appointment will be sent to the patient in the mail. If a referral is deemed to be urgent by the referring doctor, it should be followed up with a telephone call to Corinne Bridge on 9845 0000, page 6966.
