| Location: | Children's Assessment Centre, Outpatients building, level 3 | The Rehabilitation Department sees children and adolescents with physical disabilities and acquired cognitive disabilities. We aim to help children and adolescents reach their potential in all areas of development. This involves assessment, intervention recommendations, follow up reassessments, preventing problems from occurring and also helping to restore functions which are lost after disease or injury. We provide: - inpatient rehabilitation program
- outpatient clinics (see below)
- outreach service, including school and home visits, community liaison.

Referrals are coordinated by the Paediatric Rehabilitation Registrars, Paediatric Rehabilitation Consultants and Clinical Nurse Consultants.
