Patient accounts may be paid by mail, in person or by phone for Mastercard, Visa cards or Bankcard.

If you are paying in person go to the Cashier in the Galleria, Main building, level 2 (opposite the main entrance). The Cashier is open 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM Monday to Friday.

If you are paying by mail (cheque or credit card), send your payment to:

If you are paying by phone with one of the credit cards specified above, please fax us or use any of the three phone numbers listed.

If you would like your child to be admitted as a private patient, information about private patient admission is available from the Patient Liaison Officer (9845 3673 or e-mail nevillep@chw.edu.au) or the Enquiry Desk when you make your booking.
