Children's Hospital Education Research Institute (CHERI)

CHERI's Mission
To be internationally recognised for research that promotes children's health and well-being through improvements in the interface between health and education.

Our objectives are:

• To achieve a significant program of applied collaborative research related to the interface between health and education.
• To offer clinical services and resources in educational and family counselling for children with medical, developmental, and psychological conditions.
• To conduct interdisciplinary conference and seminar programs which focus on improving the interface between health and education – thus indirectly promoting children’s health and welfare.
