The Department of Biomedical Engineering and Inhalation Therapy provides a comprehensive technical support service for medical equipment, respiratory therapy equipment and medical gases both in the Hospital and for patients and parents in the home.

The support includes provision of accessories and replacement of supplies as well as repair or replacement of faulty equipment.

Hours of Service

Biomedical Engineering--8:00am to 4:30pm--Business days

Inhalation Therapy--6:30am to 5:30pm--Business days
--6:30am to 2:00pm--All other days

For urgent matters outside these hours, contact the on-call staff members via the Hospital switchboard on 9845 0000.
