Hours

9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Program of Appliances for Disabled People (PADP):

Patients (Children) who live within Parramatta, Baukham Hills and Holroyd area and who have a disability may be entitled to obtain equipment under the PADP scheme. They must be referred from a specialist. There is an annual co-payment of $100.

Hire Equipment  Pool

The hiring of medical equipment is coordinated by the Appliance Centre. Patients may hire the equipment for a period of three months - a Deposit and hire fee applies applies for this service.

Purchase of Consumables

To purchase consumables, patients need to bring a completed Appliance Centre Request form to the Centre. Usually, no appointment is necessary, but patients should ring at least one day prior with a list of goods required, as some of these need to be ordered in from /stores/suppliers.
