Senior registrar in Neurosurgery at Royal Infirmary, Western General and Children's Hospital Edinburgh UK 1981-1984. Appointed to Westmead & RAHC as visiting neurosurgeon 1984. Head of Department of Neurosurgery Westmead Hospital 1990-1996. Staff Specialist and Head of Neurosurgery CHW currently (since 2002).

Special interest

All aspects of paediatric neurosurgery. A particular interest in spinal dysraphism and hydrocephalus with many years experience in endoscopic procedures. Expertise in selective dorsal rhizotomy for spasticity and craniofacial surgery.
