Module: Plan and Deliver Exercise for Children and Young Adolescents (SRFCHAOO1A)

If you cannot complete the Face-to-Face CHISM Module due to the fact that you live away from Sydney (such as country and rural NSW, Interstate or overseas), or because of work or family commitments, the CHISM Correspondence Module allows you to complete your training in the comfort of your own home. The Correspondence Module will be available to you via "On-line delivery". Each Module comes with extensive easy-to-follow manual and support documentation.

Correspondence Module Resources and Support

With the CHISM Correspondence Module you will receive:

• A package of multimedia lectures delivered on CD-ROM covering the current face-to-face teaching of the module
• Interactive workshops designed to provide you with opportunities to test the practical application of materials taught
• A comprehensive "on-line" manual to guide you through the module
• Free access to a telephone/E-mail "Help" line.

Course Assessment

Students will be required to complete both theory and practical assessment tasks, via distance learning. As is the case for 'face-to-face' delivery mode, the assessment fee is included in the total module cost.

Fitness Australia/REPs New Zealand Re-registration

Upon completion of this course, you will receive:

• 15 Fitness Australia Approved Continuing Education Credits (CECs). OR
• 50 Assessed (or 25 non-assessed) NZ REPs Ongoing Education Provider CECs.

Postage and Handling

For students completing the module within Australia, an additional fee of $20 will be included to the cost of the module to cover postage and handling. For students wishing to complete the correspondence module outside of Australia, orders will be sent to you via courier. CHISM will find the lowest rate and your credit card will be debited for the cost of sending. If alternative mail arrangements are required, you may specify these requirements when ordering the module.

All orders within Australia will be sent via registered Australia Post. A delivery time of 7 - 14 days should be allowed for postage within Australia.

Correspondence Module Costs

The Correspondence offering for the CHISM Module will be priced at the same rate as the current face-to-face module, plus $20- postage (within Australia) ($670 GST exempt).
