NSW undergraduate nursing student

The Children's Hospital at Westmead invites universities to submit block requests for clinical placements in August for the following year. The Children’s Hospital is aware that some universities require students to locate their own clinical placements, however places are limited, and students are generally required to submit their requests before 31st October for the following year.

NSW students seeking to make direct requests for clinical placements should submit the following documentation:

• complete the CHW NSW Student Placement Request form
• certified copy of their Working with Children clearance from NSW Health
• certified copy of their vaccination record

And send their requests by fax or post to:
