Please ensure that you have a referral to the Haematology Clinic from your GP/Local Doctor addressed to the Haematologist, Dr Curtin, Dr Teo or Dr Ooi. |
| Anticoagulant Clinic is held in the times noted below. The child will have their INR taken and then you will meet with the Haematology Registrar for review. |

| If you are calling for remote INR counselling please call the Haematology Registrar in the clinic time through switch on 9845 0000. Please ask to leave a message with your child's name and current INR on their page. They will return your call as soon as possible. |
