From GP, Specialist, Youth Health Centres and School Counsellors and Families or young person Referral letter from doctor to Adolescent Medicine is required. |
| Function of the clinic |
To provide a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to Adolescent Health. We cater to adolescents 12 - 16 yrs who may be experiencing complex symptoms, chronic illness, eating disorders, weight management concerns, drug and alcohol misuse and gynaecology assessment. |
| Urgent cases |
To be referred through the Emergency Dept or refer to the above number so that the necessity for an urgent appointment can be established. |
