How many steps do you take each day? Is it any different on the weekend? How about when you exercise? The number of steps you take each day is a good indicator of your activity level. Here's a quick guide to assess how active you are;

> 10,000 stepsActive lifestyleTypical daily activity including regular sport and exercise
7,500- 9,999 stepsFairly active lifestyleTypical daily activity including some sport or exercise
5,000-7,499 steps Minimally active lifestyleTypical daily activity, excluding sports and exercise
< 5,000 stepsSedentary lifestyleLimited daily activity
