Childhood Obesity

With approximately one in four children in New South Wales now overweight or obese, it is important that parents know how to prevent their children from becoming overweight or obese. Childhood obesity is linked to poor self esteem, asthma, increased risk of heart disease, sleep apnoea, body dissatisfaction, fatty liver and orthopaedic complications.
