Quality Improvement

The Children's Hospital at Westmead Child Care Centre was accredited in January 2007 and received High Quality accreditation in all seven areas.

The Centre has an ongoing policy of quality improvement. Through staff meetings and meetings with the staff in each room, areas are identified which may need improvement and strategies are worked out, implemented and evaluated to ensure a high quality service is offered.

As part of our ongoing policy of quality improvement, staff at the centre work towards meeting the goals of our 'Continuing Improvement Plan', which are set and evaluated annually.
