The 49th Tulip Time Festival

Australia's oldest and largest flower festival - has generously chosen to support the Hospital's Centre for Kidney Research. The Festival will be held in Bowral from 24 September to 7 October 2009 .

Corbett Gardens will be the home to the themed gardens of Tulip Time, depicting bright rainbow colours with the two largest beds depicting superheroes. The event consists of a breakfast in the park, food and wine festival, gala dinner, street parade, cycle ride from Sydney to Bowral, a number of guided talks and tours, and of course the wonderful tulips on display. The Centre for Kidney Research will feature in Tulip Time's promotion and run its own marquee at the Festival, raising awareness and funds for the cause.
