V8 Supercar Stars Make A Pit Stop At The Children's Hospital at Westmead
On Thursday 11th August at 4.00pm, Holden Racing Team drivers Mark Skaife and Todd Kelly will look to draw inspiration from the courageous patients they will meet when they visit The Children's Hospital at Westmead. The pair is well in the hunt for victory this weekend at Sydney's Oran Park, a track at which "Team Red" has had numerous victories - seven in a row from 1997 to 2002 - and has been on the podium every year since 1993.
Mark, currently fifth in championship standings with six rounds still to race, has previously visited The Children's Hospital at Westmead and said he thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Todd, fourth in the championship race, is the in-form driver in the championship with wins in two of the past three rounds and will be making his first visit to The Hospital.
