If you go down to the woods today...you'll find the Teddy Bears' Picnic!

Everyone has a favourite teddy bear. Teddy Bears come in all shapes and sizes, but one thing they all have in common is that they all love picnics! So why not spoil your teddy bear and bring him to the best picnic of all, The Teddy Bears' Picnic at the Sydney SuperDome on Sunday, 15 September from 10.30am to 4pm.

The Children's Hospital at Westmead hopes to raise over $100,000 from the Teddy Bears Picnic. This money will be used to treat over 50,000 young patients and their families each year, including those who require specialist treatment for orthopaedic and respiratory conditions and those children who spend time in our Paediatric Intensive Care Unit.

The Teddy Bears' Picnic promises to be loads of fun for kids of all ages. There will be plenty of activities including Auskick AFL, Marconi soccer, NSW Waratahs and PGA Golf sporting clinics, circus school, fairy wing making, Bear Clinic (where your teddy can be assessed by a special Teddy Doctor!), jumping jacks, puppet shows, tattoos, Kindifarm and rides. A spectacular school concert will also be held outside the Superdome, showcasing the best talent from schools across Sydney.

The centre stage entertainment includes Monica Trapaga, the Star Girls performing their number one single 'Girls Like Me', Dorothy the Dinosaur and friends, the Powerpuff Girls, the Australian Girls Choir and the Flower Pot Gang and special celebrity guests include cast members from Home and Away, Always Greener and the Big Arvo.

Book your tickets for the Teddy Bears' Picnic now by phoning Ticketek on (02) 9266 4800. Ticket prices are $10 each or a family pass for four people may be purchased for the discount price of $34. Tickets may also be purchased at the door on the day.

Any child who is carrying their favourite teddy bear on the day will receive free bus and train travel to Olympic Park station. There's also plenty of parking at Olympic Park for those people who prefer to drive.
