Teddy Bears' Picnic Postponed

Due to the far-reaching impact of the Olympics in Sydney The New Children's Hospital has decided to postpone the Teddy Bears' Picnic until 2001.

The Teddy Bears' Picnic has been an integral part of the Hospital's calendar since 1980. And in 2001 we will be celebrating the Picnic's 21st birthday!

The 2001 picnic will be better than ever, with exciting changes to ensure our 21st birthday is celebrated in style. This is in addition to our much-loved traditional activities such as Bear Clinic and Face Painting, and top quality children's entertainment.
